Our services include:
Consultation
- Meetings with client (Includes two one hour meetings. Any additional meetings; a fee of $50 is required)
- Styling and designing of event
- Can assist with vendor selection (including referrals and Elegant Momentz exclusives)
- Overview and education (We always answer calls. We are there to answer questions from beginning to end.)
- Visit venue with client to plan out visual of event.
Planning
- Meet with venue to discuss rules/requirements for decorating
- Manage all logistics for decorating of venue
- Keep client informed through phone or email of event decorating status
Additional Services for hire the Day of Event
- Instruct and oversee all duties of participants
- Oversee set-up of all vendors
- Supervise all vendors and professionals (Including DJ's, photographers, florist, and caterers)
- Ensure everything runs as planned
- Handle necessary payments
- Supervise entire ceremony and reception
- Attend to guests' special needs
